For our already made designs, we typically ship within 1-2 business days (M-F) if you are ordering one of our standard line of black shirts. We stock black shirts  in all sizes so we can quickly ship your order. Another reason is bling “pops” best and really stands out on black. If another color shirt is selected or requested, then shipping time will be slightly longer depending on our ordering rotation.

Custom special order designs are usually completed and proof sent to you within a week and shipped out shortly after approval, and payment.

*** We ship all of our packages insured and with tracking. This gives our customers a piece of mind to know that their custom shirts will safely arrive and their purchase is covered if the postal service was to lose, damage or deliver your package to the wrong address. Such situations are rare, but if you happen to run into an issue please reach out to us and we can help guide you through the claims process. (see our return policy for merchant error)

In order to make a claim with the postal service if your item happens to show up damaged in any way you will need to keep your packaging. Please don’t throw it away until you have closely inspected your item and it is damage free. They will also require photos of the damage.

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and items may often be tightly packed, so please be careful when opening your items to avoid accidental damage from sharp objects.

We offer FREE SHIPPING shipping on orders $150.00 and over.
