Custom Rhinestone Transfers
STEP 1:
Creating your custom rhinestone transfers or bling apparel, the rhinestone process starts with your design.
Email your design information, size, etc.
STEP 2: Our designers will create a layout of your design for you sending you a quote within 24-48hrs
STEP 3: When you confirm you are happy with the layout, you will be sent an invoice upon payment production begins. It's that simple.
STEP 4: Upon completion of your order, It will ship via usps, or ups
within 5-7 business days.

We want everything to be absolutely perfect, so this step is crucial! You’ve approved your design, so we know exactly what we can expect the rhinestone transfer machine to make. Next we need to prepare the machine to create your rhinestone transfer. The machine has hoppers which hold the rhinestones. Each hopper is filled with one rhinestone size in one color to ensure we get the color of stone and size of stone exactly where we want it. Once we’ve got it loaded, we turn the machine on and it gets to work. The machine rotates a little plate in each hopper until the rhinestone is facing the right direction and proper side up (glue). Once that is done, the arm will pick each individual rhinestone and place it down on a sheet of paper known as the carrier sheet. Once all rhinestones are placed, the rhinestone transfer is ready for the next step.
Once the custom rhinestone transfer is completed, we send it through a rigorous quality control review. Each the transfer will need to go through the same review process. Each rhinestone is inspected to ensure it has the proper placement and glue backing. Because the rhinestones are so light weight, it is easy for static to get into the machine and misplace the rhinestones a little bit. Even though we use the highest quality stones on the market, they still sometimes are missing their adhesive backing. Without this adhesive, the stone will fall off of the t-shirt, so our team makes sure that adhesive is there. Quality is a huge priority at Bling It On Tees and this really important step must be done to ensure the longevity of your custom rhinestone t-shirt or what ever item you affix the transfer to.
After your design is pressed or before transfers are packaged, it is on to our quality control department for a final review. Our QC technicians will review the shirt or garment, the design, and the rhinestones, and transfers, and placement to make sure everything matches up to the online proof you approved.
We also count the order one more time to verify accuracy. Once quality control has approved the order, it makes its way to our shipping department. Our shipping department will package and label the box for shipping, or for pickup at our Inglewood Store showroom or whichever option you chose. And soon enough, you will have your brilliant and awesome rhinestone designs.
Invoicing: The design price varies based on size, quantity of stones, number of stone colors,
and other factors related to the complexity of the design.
A $65.00 set up fee must be paid prior to
starting design/template work this fee is applied to final
balance and is*NON-REFUNDABLE*
if order is cancelled after production begins.

Cancellation: After customer approves the custom order proof, we immediately start cutting the
template and start production of the design. if for any reason, the customer cancels on their order, the set-up fee will be forfeited to cover Designing time and template cutting cost.
Revisions:
1 minor revision = FREE (stone color, limited stone adjustments, etc)
Any major revisions = extra cost (stone size, design size, etc)
In cases where extra charges may apply (modifications/changes, multiple sizes / Designs,
complicated designs) customers will be notified prior to being charged.
